Two-sided Zitiron

The zitiron (or zytiron), also called "sea knight", is a mythological creature from medieval Europe. The upper half of its body is that of a man in armor, often equipped with a weapon and a shield. Its lower half is that of a fish.

They seem to be insensitive to arrows thanks to their rough skin, but not to blunt weapons like hammers. It is said that King Arthur, after meeting the zitirons, was inspired by them to design the armor of his knights.
